Our open gym program allows you to use the gym as your personal gym. You have access to all our equipment and thousands of pounds of weights, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells etc. Come perform your deadlifts, bench press, squats and everything else you need to do, we have it here. You can come for as long as you’d like. If you don’t know what to do, we have a workout posted in the gym for you to follow. And it changes daily. So you can jump right in on the gyms 4 week strength program to lose weight.
The HOURS are Monday-Friday 6am to 8am and 10am to 4pm by appointment only so we do not over fill the gym. (call/text/message the gym to schedule your workout time)
Our workout stations are spaced more than 6 feet apart, you will have PLENTY of personal space to workout. The equipment is sprayed and cleaned every hour on the hour or every time its been used.
OPEN GYM is not an instructor led class. Its just a place for you to workout on your own. If you have a workout buddy and are looking for a place to workout without the coronavirus threat, without the crowds, without the big gym atmosphere and pressure, then this is perfect for you.
