Workout Classes


All of our workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect some aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, and more.
These movements are all able to be modified to fit any individual who participates in the program. (Example: If someone can’t lift weights overhead because of past shoulder injuries the movement can be modified to only lifting to a certain point in which the member feels comfortable).

3 Days a Week = $75/month

Unlimited = $105/month
